What our clients say

"We would like to take a few minutes to thank Dr. Turner, Dr. Urbonas, all of the other doctors that we did not meet, the critical care staff and the administrative and reception staff for all of your efforts, patience, and kindness during Nino’s hospitalization... We had so much hope and so many questions and you never made us feel as though we were a bother... We will always be grateful and thankful for the care and support that we all received. "

“Pieper is incredible at what they do…Staff from front desk to behind the scenes are super. You can't go wrong at Pieper. I bring my dog here for neurological care. Dr Perkins is fantastic.”

Kristin H.

“Really amazing staff from reception to the doctor I saw…Front desk staff is knowledgeable and courteous… They treat you like you and your pet really matter and are important. Dr. Hammond really took his time to talk with me about my dogs issues, clearly explained everything he wanted to do and why, answered all of my many questions… Honest, thorough, knowledgeable and caring.”

Laurie S.

“There are no words to express how grateful we are for what the wonderful doctors, nurses, techs and staff have done for our Lucy. They saved her life… They are the kindest, most caring, patient, positive, dedicated group of people. They not only heal and care for our fur babies but they heal and support us…”

Linda B.

“I was referred by my vet to Pieper Memorial for an ultrasound with Dr. Freer on my dog Bridgette. The staff was very friendly on the phone and in person… Dr. Freer who did the ultrasound was amazing. He was friendly with us and with Bridgette; he truly cares for his patients. Not every vet is passionate about their job, but Dr. Freer showed he was…If I ever have to have an ultrasound done again I will definitely be back.”

Lyndsey F.

“I drive out of my way to bring my dog here because they have literally saved his life twice. The amount of love and care they give him is above and beyond what they need to give… Everyone from the ER staff to the surgical and internal medicine staff are exceptional. If it weren’t for all of them our little Harley wouldn’t be with us. We wont go anywhere else.”

Meghan C.

“Dr. Winzelberg was absolutely amazing!... She is patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. She answered all my calls while our kitty spent a couple nights there and even stayed late when we picked him up to go over all the discharge instructions with us. I highly recommend and trust Dr. Winzelberg and her staff in providing the highest level of care to your beloved pets.”

Stacey W.

“The doctors were wonderful and the surgeons that did my dog’s procedure were great as well. They even asked me what kind of food he likes so they could give it to him! Great place… it’ll be the first place I turn to in an emergency.”
