Appointments for our Middletown ER & Specialty hospital CAN NOT be booked online - please call (860) 347-8387 to schedule for Middletown.

If your pet needs to visit our Urgent Care hospital in Madison, please call us at (203) 245-8511, or click the button above to book an appointment online. We also accept walk-ins, however we strongly recommend that you call before arrival to ensure that we are prepared to assist your pet. Wait times can vary greatly.

All patients will be seen on a triage/urgency basis. While we will do our best to honor your requested appointment time, booking an appointment is not a guarantee, and you may still be asked to wait depending on what other patients need to be seen at the time.
