Associate Veterinarian - Internal Medicine
Sarah Ray, DVM
Dr. Sarah Ray is an associate veterinarian at Pieper Veterinary who is completing a 2022-2023 internship in our internal medicine specialty department. She graduated from the State University of New York at Canton with a BS in veterinary technology and an AAS is veterinary science technology and minored in mathematics. Dr. Ray later graduated with her DVM degree from Tufts University Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine. After completing a rotating internship at VCA South Shore Animal Hospital in Massachusetts, she returned back to her home state of Connecticut to work on an internal medicine specialty internship at Pieper.
Dr. Ray has clinical interests in the fields of internal medicine, cardiology, and wellness and preventative care. She shares her home with her two cats Molly and Floof, three snakes, a leopard gecko, and a betta fish. When not working she enjoys crocheting, video games, movies and television, and ready fantasy and science fiction.
