Elizabeth E. Goldman, BS, DVM, DACVIM (SAIM)
Dr. Elizabeth E. Goldman is a board-certified Internal Medicine specialist joining our team at Pieper Veterinary. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science from Cornell University School of Agriculture and Science in 1991, and obtained her doctorate with high honors from Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1994. After completing several residencies including Small Animal Rotating, Clinical Pathology, and Small Animal Internal Medicine, she became board-certified in Small Animal Internal Medicine in 2001. Dr. Goldman is an experienced practitioner of primary care, emergency, and specialty veterinary medicine, and was voted one of Chicago's Best Veterinarians.
Originally from the Buffalo, NY area, Dr. Goldman always had a connection with animals growing up and enjoyed spending time with her pets and helping injured wildlife. She lives with her dogs Drake, Pierre, and Jezzabelle, along with an assortment of chickens, and when not working she enjoys kayaking, paddle boarding, trips to the beach, gardening, and cooking with wine pairing. Dr. Goldman is passionate about working both with her patients and the families that care for them, and her favorite part of her job is getting to build relationships with clients while helping support their pets and keep them in the best health possible.
