Referral Manager
Alexandra Neal is the Referral Manager and Referral Liaison for Pieper Veterinary. She began working at Pieper in early 2010 as one of the first evening receptionists for the recently-opened emergency room, and has also worked in our call center, boarding, and primary care departments. Currently she handles the medical records and referral services to help ensure a smooth visit experience for both patients and their referring doctors.
A long-time Connecticut resident, Alex lives in Middletown with her husband and daughter. She is an avid gardener and enjoys tending to her "jungle" of houseplants. When not at work she enjoys boating, fishing, making pottery, seeing live music, cooking and baking, and she is part of the American Poolplayers Association.
